Jonathan Bross
President
Jonathan founded Cameron Street Investments in 2020 as an investment firm that offers a risk mitigated approach to real estate investment. Jonathan believes in the diversification of variables that could affect risk in real estate investing like asset class, partnerships, geographic markets, micro-markets, leverage and equity sources.

Jonathan is also the President of Brossland Investments Inc. and has spent 13 years building up the family investment office's portfolio with North American multifamily, office and industrial assets. Jonathan directed the growth of Brossland's investment portfolio to over 50+ assets across 15 markets with a total asset value of over $1 Billion.

Jonathan graduated with an Honours B.A from Dalhousie University, B.Ed from University of Toronto, and M.A, York University.

Ave Bross
Director, Capital Markets
Ave is the Director of Capital Markets for Cameron Street Investments. Prior to occupying such role, Ave worked as an associate at Cassels LLP. Ave’s legal practice focused on all aspects of commercial real estate, including project development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and secured lending. In addition to commercial real estate, Ave also practiced in the area of sports and entertainment law.
Ave graduated from the J.D. program at Queen’s University. Prior to studying law, Ave graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University where he served as the co-captain for the McGill Men’s Varsity Basketball Team.
